Using False Oath and Oath sell

God forbid use of perjury to commit fraud. In a letter An Nahl verses 94-95: And do not make oaths as a tool amongst fraudsters, which causes slipping foot (mu) after you feel firmly planted and destitution (the world) because you hinder (men) from Allah's way and thee mighty punishment. Nor sell the covenant with God in a little price (cheap), what's really on the side of God, that's better for you if ye but knew.

God warned to his servants not to use a false oath as a means of deception that can cause people to slip from the right path and plunged into the abyss of error, because it would hinder people from Allah's way, which by God is threatened with punishment. Likewise, God forbid to swap agreements with God, which is exchanged with the object of faith and the pleasures of the world, because things and pleasures of the world with all its contents will disappear, while the reward of Allah and what is on his side will be eternal and better than what obtained in the world and God's promises are guaranteed to bring His servants who wait with a better reward than what they did and do.

Messenger s.a.w. also prohibits selling goods with false oaths. From Abu Dhar r.a., Prophet s.a.w. He said: "Three groups of man, God will not look at them on the Day of Judgement will not purify them and they have a painful punishment." He said: "The Prophet said three times", then I say: "They are wretched and very merugiwahai Messenger "He replied:" People who are elongate fabric (over the ankle), people who love kindness, bringing up (delivered) and selling goods with false oaths (Bukhari and Muslim).

In addition to perjury, swear to God also forbid evil. In surah Al Baqarah verse 224-225: Do not make (a) God in the oath as a barrier to do good, bertakwadan making peace among mankind. And Allah is Hearer, Knower. God does not punish you because of that oath is not mentioned (for swearing), but God punishes you because (oath) to deliberate (for swearing) by heart. And Allah is Forgiving, Clement.

Ibn Abbas interpret this verse "Do not you make your vows with the name of God as a barrier to doing good, but should you redeem it by paying fines oaths kaffarahnya and doing the good."

Similarly s.a.w. Messenger prohibits the buying and selling close out the oath. From Abu Qatadah Al Ansari ra, bahwasannya he had heard the Messenger of Allah He said: Avoid a lot of swearing in the buying and selling, because such behavior can make but to destroy merchandise (Muslim). From Abu Hurarirah ra, he said he heard the Messenger of Allah. He said: "The oath popularize merchandise, but remove blessing." (Bukhari).
