Conducting Effective Fraud and Cheating

A buyer will be disappointed, if the item purchased was not as expected, because tricked or cheated. If the buyer was disappointed, it will not buy again and will not buy another product in place and recommend to friends, family, neighbors about the ugliness of the company and not to buy its products. As a result the company will leave its customers and its sales will decrease. Moreover, the seller uses oaths to assure product quality. God forbid using the oath as a means of fraud. In a letter An Nahl verse 92: And be ye not like a woman who describes a thread that has been spun with great force to be dispersed again, you make your vows as a trickster among one faction that caused more numerous than other groups.

Messenger s.a.w. also prohibits fraud in the sale. From Abdullah ibn Umar r.a. he said: "A man told the Prophet that he deceived people in terms of buying and selling. And the word of his: "If you bought and sold, say do not cheat" (Bukhari and Muslim). Also narrated from Abu Hurairah ra, who said: "The Messenger of Allah prohibits trading by throwing pebbles and containing fraudulent manner (Muslim).

Similarly, sellers who cheat, then the buyer if the idea will become dissatisfied and will do similar things with buyers who are not satisfied that defrauded. God forbid cheating and harming others. The Word of God in surah Al Muthaffifiin verses 1-3: Woe to those who cheat, (They are) those who, when they received a dose of other people they met and asked if they measure or weigh for others they are reduced.

In addition to deceive and cheat, God also forbids harming others and do evil. In a letter Huud paragraph 85: And He said: "O my people cukupkanlah quantities and scales with fair and do not harm human beings against their rights and do not make the crime on earth by making mischief.

Messenger s.a.w. banned for cheating, cheating and doing evil. From Ibn Abbas ra, he said: It is no act of deception that appears in a people, but God will put fear in their hearts and fornication is not spread in a nation, but to many deaths among them. And it is not a people to reduce the quantities and scales, but God will decide sustenance from them and not a people berhukum correctly, but will be spread among them bloodshed. And it is not a people betrayed the covenant, but God will kuasakan enemies over them (Malik and Thabrani). Also narrated from Ibn 'Umar r.a. he said: "At the time of the Messenger of Allah, I saw people who memperjual traded food with approximately (without weighted or digantang), they were beaten, because to sell it until they move to their places."
