STYLE BUSINESS CULTURE OF HEAVEN

Hofstede (1994:180) defines organizational culture as a collective thinking program that distinguishes the members of an organization from other organizations. Organizational culture has a strong influence on employee behavior. But what can management do to create a culture that employees mmbentuk management liking?. When the organization an organization has stood firm, then management has a great ability to influence the employee. But the organizations that have strong or small organizations are still a little subculture. Everyone knows that the founder of a direct touch with his vision of what that organization. Not surprisingly, under these conditions management has the opportunity to create a culture that will provide facilities to achieve the best performance reaching organizational goals. Yet when the organization was strong, the cultural dominance have also been strong. Culture that has given this a relatively stable characteristic and permanent, which makes the very refuse to change. It takes time to establish and create a solid organization that tends to be deeply rooted culture. Strong culture is part of resisting change, as employees become committed to the culture. So, if a given culture has become obsolete in accordance with an organization and an adverse to the management, it is unlikely that management can change, especially in the short term. Cultural change must be measured in years, not in weekly or monthly. Conditions favored cultural changes can improve profitability and cultural change can be implemented successfully when there is a big crisis and out the supreme leader. An organization that is still young and small masik, cultural domination is still weak, Stephen Robbins writes in the book Essential of Organizational Behavior.

Business culture based on Islamic institutions must reflect the values in accordance with sharia, both in terms of behavior from internal relationships, dealing with customers, policies and procedures, business practices, clothing, decorations, or image. The goal is to create a collective morality and spirituality which when combined with the production of goods and services to support the growth and progress of the Islamic way of life.
